Play for your pint: Launching 29th July 2014, an exciting new Open Mic Night in Derby 8:30pm Tuesdays, with a free drink for every performer! The night will be hosted by Dan Steenson and Wife Sarah that have been performing country wide for over 13 years. The venue is the recently refurbished Kilkenny’s Bell & Castle, with its brand new Irish Bar. Just 5 minutes walk from town (Burton Road, next door to The New Water Margin Chinese Restaurant) it has a great selection of real ales, cider and lager at ‘local pub’ prices. A guitar and piano will be provided, and backing can be arranged if you’re a singer. Whether you come down to play or just listen you will be sure to have a great evening!
